No. Charts Connect is a no-code automation platform. Users can connect ready-made strategies, customize them through simple settings, or access pre-built strategies in the AlgoVault — all without writing a single line of code.


6. Are trades executed on my own dedicated server?

Charts Connect runs on a secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure that bridges your alerts and broker accounts. Trade instructions are processed and transmitted through our servers for maximum stability and low latency. Users are not required to host their own server unless they prefer a private or VPS-based configuration.


7. Do I have to be logged in for my strategies to work?

No. Once your strategies are connected and active, Charts Connect executes them automatically in the background. Your trades will continue running even when you are logged out of the platform.


8. Does Charts Connect require my computer to stay online?

Charts Connect is a cloud-based platform, but for execution to function correctly, your broker’s trading terminal (e.g., MT4 or MT5) must remain online and connected. This can be achieved by running your broker terminal on a reliable VPS or computer that stays active to ensure uninterrupted trade execution.


9. Does Charts Connect support paper trading?

Yes. Charts Connect supports paper (demo) trading. You can connect your demo brokerage accounts and send signals to them, allowing you to test and refine your strategies safely before going live.
