1. How long is the free trial period?
Charts Connect does not offer a limited-time trial. Instead, users can begin trading immediately with our Free Lite Plan, which provides access to essential automation features at no cost.
The Free Lite Plan includes limited access to features compared to paid tiers. Users can connect one broker (“Send To”), use two strategy rule sources, and send up to 10 webhooks per day. Higher-tier plans unlock greater flexibility, more integrations, and priority support.
2. Who qualifies for the free trial?
All users automatically qualify for the Free Lite Plan. There are no prerequisites or eligibility requirements — anyone can sign up and start automating trades right away.
3. How does the trial period work?
Charts Connect does not operate on a time-based trial model. Users can stay on the Free Lite Plan for as long as they wish and upgrade to a paid subscription anytime to unlock more features, strategies, and integrations.
4. What happens after my free trial ends?
There is no trial expiration. The Free Lite Plan remains active indefinitely. Users who wish to access advanced capabilities — such as additional automation “Send To’s,” higher webhook limits, or expanded strategy rules — can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
5. Does the trial limit any features?

6. Can I move my trial license to a different account?

8. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are processed securely through our online payment gateway. Supported methods include major credit and debit cards, with additional options such as PayPal or regional gateways to be introduced progressively.
9. What is your refund policy?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital subscriptions, Charts Connect does not offer refunds once a subscription is activated. Users are encouraged to explore the Free Lite Plan before upgrading to a paid plan to ensure suitability.
10. How may I cancel a subscription?
Users may cancel their paid subscription anytime through their account dashboard. Once canceled, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account will automatically revert to the Free Lite Plan.
11. If I upgrade my plan, how is billing handled?
When upgrading, the system automatically prorates the difference between your existing plan and the new one. The new plan takes effect immediately, and any remaining balance is applied to your next billing cycle.
